I was elated to find wonderful deals during last week's Black Friday sale from Natasha Denona's direct website as my prior purchase experience for her products was limited to only a few items from Sephora stores. Upon attempting to place my order, the processing page remained blank with a spinning cursor & never processed the order. Not only did I not get a confirmation email, but my credit card company issued a fraud alert & declined the transaction. I was brave enough to try again, per my credit card company's recommendation, after which I received a confirmation - woohoo - only to find a blank page for the email link to the non-existent tracking number. Fast forward a week later, I still haven't received a tracking number or update on the status of my order, only to find a duplicate charge to my credit card account. As there's no customer service support phone number, response to my several emails or Facebook messenger inquiry, I've now disputed the duplicate charge with my credit card company and will do the same for the other order if I continue to not hear from customer service regarding the status of my package. I will never again order from Natasha Denona's website, or buy any more of her products. Completely lost respect & joy for this brand. Save your pennies for Pat McGRATH or Charlotte Tilbury as they appreciate and don't deceive their customers or leave them out in the cold with less money & NO product or explanation of the same.
