“NO Customer Service”

I ordered 2 charms... one is not correct. Have tried MANY times to contact ANYONE to help me. I think they have me "blocked-out" by my e-mail address because I can't get back onto the original web page. I saved my order printed page and e-mailed the "customer service" address many times. Nothing. There is NO customer service. They took my money and ran. Never had this problem before.
