What a disappointment. We ordered several pieces and the quality of the fabric was not as expected- it feels like plastic. Also, the prints didn't line up at the seams, which looks really bad. I followed the instructions to obtain a return authorization and did not receive a reply. I emailed their "customer service" department six times from three different email addresses, just to be certain the messages were being received, and never heard anything. Luckily, PayPal is backing me up and I am not obligated to pay for the merchandise.
