I sold a Halloween costume on a Wednesday. Buyer said she needed it by Saturday and I agreed I'd send it the very next morning, which I did. The label said Priority 2-Day Shipping. Despite this, the item still did not arrive on time and I do not know why. During all this the buyer repeatedly "screamed" at me through chat with many explanation marks "where is my order" and that I lied to her, etc. she repeatedly asked for a tracking number despite Poshmark saying to wait up to 48 hours for a tracking number to update. I understand the frustration of not receiving an item by a certain day you need it, but this was not my fault as I shipped the item the very next morning. She would not stop contacting me and calling me a liar and i had to report her for harassment. Then she requests a refund claiming the costume arrived torn in 3 pieces. The buyer clearly tore the costume herself, as I would never sell a costume in that condition.
My other selling experiences have been great. Don't expect to make a fortune if you are new to Poshmark. Months can go buy without any sales, but then again, I only have 23 items in my closet. Just know that you may run into difficult buyers no matter how good of a seller you are.
