Hello, I had Ordered a Computer Tower from MainGear and used a Lease to BUY agreement. I would back my down payment of $91.28 on 11/28/2019 and then I would make my next payment on 12/13/2019 of $91.28 and after that, I would have 8 more payments every 14 days to pay it off and than they would give me pay off amount to gain FULL ownership of my Computer which is only worth $912.80. It is now 07/05/2020 a total of 16 payments including down payment. That is a total of $1,460.48... that's an extra $548.48 on top of the total value of the product. When I went to print my leasing agreement last month from there site so I could dispute I noticed that in no longer said what it did when I signed it as down bellow it now says I can't gain ownership so I emailed them on 06/19/2020 and had no answer than I emailed again telling them all payments will stop till I get this issue resolved on 06/26/2020. I am no longer making payments and am contacting a lawyer. I highly recommend to not use them and if you do PRINT the agreement right away!
