I have purchased several items from Patpat and there were 2 items that I was wanting to return, one do to wrong size and the other one I bought by mistake. I emailed them wanting to return the items and they handle the return very professional. More than them wanting the product back they care more about the experience I had and gave me my refund and let me keep the items. I definitely will buy from them!
