When I asked "How and Why" (apparently a question he didn't like), he slithered out of the room like a snake leaving the hygienist to seat and seal a permanent crown using permanent cement. Then the snake dentist made up lies in my chart. This atrocity cost me 11k, and nearly FIVE years later I still have pain in the area where part of the infection was.
