“Worst customer Service”

I tried to return my Macbook pro with in first week of purchase due to some issue. I tried reaching them more than 10 times but they have not sent me return label. I agreed to pay return shipping expenses even then they didn't send label. They always says its in process. I suggest not to take any goods from MacMall.

“I'm having the same problem! Said system was down would call me back, never diid. Called again said they would send RMA in 3-5 days! Never did!”
