Hopeless customer service! My friends told me not to purchase from 'Winni' but I just thought of giving winni.in a chance and placed my first order and till date i regret my decision.

Recently, I placed an order from winni.in and at the last moment when we are celebrating my niece bday, they sent half order and sent me a message saying that my order has been delivered. Because we were busy celebrating, i ignored the missing product of my order and complaint about this next day.

My complaint was not answer. I complaint again on their live chat and their representative left the chat without answering. I tried to get 3-4 and same protocol was followed (leave the chat) by their customer representative.

I do understand that we all are humans and maybe by mistake they did not deliver my half order but the behaviour and response i received from their customer service was pathetic.

My first (n last) experience with them was pathetic all because of their customer service. I should have listened to my friends about how horrible their customer service is. Lesson learned!

P.s. I do have the screenshots of my chat with their customer care to prove my case.

Thanks guys, and please be careful as one mistake from them can spoil your celebration.

Even if they make a mistake with the order or quality of the order, they will not accept and will not even be bothered about your concerns. You will receive a copy-paste reply via their customer service team.

If you are thinking of gifting your loved ones via this website, just be careful, they might deliver an inferior quality product which differs from the original product.
