I recently purchased the new HTC One M9 from this site because HTC themselves did not have it in gold on gold. I thought I hit the jackpot. With the New HTC One M9< HTC offers Uh-Oh protection. A month in to owning this phone, I dropped it into some water. I thought, no big deal, I will utilize the protection plan. Oh no, my phone was from hong kong and the protection plan does not cover non native to the USA phones... if that wasn't bad enough, I'm then told that repairing the phone wasn't an option because the hardware is hong kong based... lesson of the story, buying any product from this site is going to come from overseas and if you damage it in anyway most likley you will not be able to get it repaired... also expansys offers "free 6 month protection" but that does not include water damage. But it does make a potential customer think they can trust the company they are buying from. Do Not Waste Your Money!
