The mats came in and were nice but they were dirty. I emailed them to inform them and their response was "Use water and soap"..
It took them 2.5 months to refund a product I sent back within a few days of receiving and even then the refund wasn't even the full amount because they charge you to send it back and don't even tell you! It's also impossible to get ahold of anyone in customer service via email/phone.
WORST BUSINESS EVER!
