“Mean customer service, refused a refund”

I ordered a print for a time sensitive event. The print did not come. I called Poster Print Factory and they refused to refund the money for the poster I did not receive. They told me they would just "print another one, and that is cheaper than refunding my money!" (Oh really, thanks for the business genius). It is also easier to find a new company. I am an artist an use a lot of vendors. This one stinks.
