I'm very disappointed in this company. I have a $75 Amazon reward in my account, but now cannot access my account. I can't reset my password or it says my account doesn't access and to contact customer service. Well, I've sent messages via the Contact Me page, have emailed, left voicemail... No one responds back. I very much feel like I've gotten scammed.
Tip for consumers: Use a different, reputable survey site instead.
