Had been using this store for over a year. With season change, made a big purchase of a couple hundred. Package has been stuck in Chicago since 4/19. USPS tells me that Boohoo needs to reach out. Boohoo tells me that I need to reach out. Boohoo has given me multiple dates and multiple reasons for why I haven't recd my package. Customer service has been so slow with at least 24 hours between messages and completely unhelpful. I have been ripped off and at this point, just want my money back.
