I ordered a red waterproof and shockproof punkcase for my Samsung 21 ultra 5g on Sep 14,2021. I haven't even received it and the shipping says it's still sitting at their facility. I've also called them and emailed them with no reply back. This site is a total scam! They scammed me out of $50 for a case I've never received. They are also emailing me every day looking for a review for something that was never shipped or delivered. Stay clear of this scamming site!
Tip for consumers:
Stay clear of this company for phone cases!!! They will take your money but you will never receive the product!! Also they have extremely poor customer service by hanging up on you when you call or just never replying to your concerning emails.
