I applied for a loan for my company which is in the field of technology in order to maintain liquidity. Everything was fine until the moment when I had to sign that I am practically giving up the shares of the company and they can freely dispose of them during the loan period and even The worst thing was the fact that for the next 10 minutes after the transfer of the shares they could sell them on the stock exchange and play with the market value of them. It seemed extremely irregular to me, so I reported them to the competent authorities to initiate proceedings.
