I can't express how frustrated the past two months have been! Yes, I have been trying to return my items for the last TWO MONTHS! I spent well over $100 on items thinking I can simply return the items that don't fit me... Um no. At first they were going to accept all of my items as a return ONLY IF I TRIED THEM ON AND TOOK PHOTOS OF MYSELF AND GIVE THEM MY BODY MEASUREMENTS! After I refused to give them photos of me and my body measurements, they decided to tell me that out of my 10 purchased items, the only one that is "suitable" to return back is the one that I wanted to keep. WTF?!?!? And to make matters worst they said that I would only get 20% back off that one "suitable" item. I also have an email of them telling me to give the unwanted clothes to family and friends instead of returning it! I have kept all my emails and will not stop until I get 100% of my money back for ALLLL OF MY ITEMS. Please note that after multiple emails of trying to make my return, they have not provided a return address! NOT ONCE. This horrible "customer service" and pretend "return policy" needs to be shared with the public! No one should be shopping from Belle Lily under the impression that they can buy with confidence and make returns with ease. This is THE ULTIMATE WORST COMPANY I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. I WANT 100% REFUND FOR ALL OF MY ITEMS AND I WANT A RETURN ADDRESS!
