I have been working so hard at nutrition lately but falling short on staying active. I signed up for a trial membership at ILoveKickboxing Hanover and figured I would give it a shot. I was afraid I wouldn't make it through my first class, but i did. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. The staff is so supportive and helpful. The facility is so clean. I have never looked forward to a workout before, but I love coming to ILoveKickboxing Hanover and leaving feeling so accomplished. I am so grateful I became a member! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to change up these fitness routine!
