FOR NAME CHANGES, THERE SITE SHOW THEY CAN DO IT BUT I GOT FROM THEM IS AN APPLICATION FOR NAME CHANGE AND COST 7 TIMES MORE THAN THE COURTHOUSE JUST FOE AN APPLICATION
