The comformation was in chinese and saying they were RUAN customer service. They said they needed my credit card number to another email. I already payed with pay pal and saw the money taken out of my account. I have asked them for a refund and they replied with just saying "ok". I asked when will i recieve my refund and they asked what time did I order. It's been 3 weeks and I can't fine the tracking order anywhere and haven't recieved my shipment. I beileve this is fraud so I went to pay pal to get my refund.
