When the order tracked it shows delivered but is not received yet. Very poor services. No details of courier agency is provide neither the contact no of the delivery man is provided. Customer care service number incoming call facility is barred. Help and support are automated. Don't buy product from Craftsvilla. I wish to sue them to consumer forum
