I recently purchased a pair of American Eagle jeans and I love them! They are so comfortable and true to size. Their prices are a bit high, but I wouldn't say outrageous. I have been wearing them nonstop and plan to purchase more.

I was a little surprised reading the reviews for this company. I do agree their prices are kind of ridiculous but I have never had an issue with the quality of the clothing or the customer service. I have bought quite a lot from Torrid and will continue to do so because, for me, everything has always fit perfectly, is great quality, and makes me feel confident. I will say though, they used to have a lot of different styles and now when I am scrolling through their new stuff I feel like I am looking at the same things over and over. Kinda boring. It is a good place to get basics, but basics shouldn't cost that much.

I have received my order today. I believe it took around a month despite the fact their websites says 7 business days. I am also still upset over the awful customer service. However, the items I did get were actually really nice, and decent quality. I had ordered a dress I was kind of wanting to wear on my birthday, but that has passed. So my advise would be to order in advance! Other than that I cant really complain about the things I got.

Tip for consumers:
If you're buying stuff for a specific date I would suggest ordering it a month or two in advance.

I didn't buy much from this website cause I had never used it before, and didn't know if it was a scam or not. I never received anything from that order, and customer service was no help at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this store. I truly believe it's a giant scam. I was going to try to get my money back, but $30 isn't worth the hassle to me. It's near impossible to get anything out of them, and the whole situation is super fishy.

I ordered a pair of glasses from this site a while back fully expecting them to break immediately or not work at all. I am pleasantly surprised. They arrived on time. They fit really well, and most importantly I can see! No they are not $100 glasses. Mine were $15 including shipping, but they look nice, and they still aren't broken after several weeks. I prefer buying cheaper glasses because I am so bad at keeping track of them. I recently ordered 2 more pairs of glasses, and I'm excited for their arrival.

I was recently contacted by an extremely helpful Shein customer service rep through site jabber in regards to my not so great review. She was able to issue me a refund for the items I got that were broken or not fitting despite the fact that I could not return them because they were accessories (which is against their return policy). So while the items I got weren't so great, the customer service I received was.

I wanted to love this store so bad. They have so many cute options, but the items you'll receive are a broken/low quality version. I ordered a t-shirt, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of socks, some jewelry, and some sunglasses. The t-shirt was alright, but the sizing is drastically off, and the fabric was odd. Everything is much smaller than the shown measurements. I actually like one pair of the shorts, but the other ones I ordered in the same exact size were too small. The socks are awful. There is not heel in them... They are just straight? Weird. The rings were too small, and the earrings came broken. The only thing I truly liked were their sunglasses. I actually will be returning most of the items so I will write an update with how that goes.

I was paying for the glam bag plus (so $25 a month). I wasn't super happy with anything that came in the bag and did not think it was worth $25. So I canceled my subscription. However, I have just been notified that I will be getting a June bag. For some reason, my card info is still on there and I have no way of removing it. I have lost my job due to the pandemic and decided my money would be better used elsewhere (like groceries). I also am unable to call customer service for immediate help because Ipsy doesn't have that option. I have already been charged for the June bag despite the fact that I did cancel a month ago. I will be contacting my bank to block future charges from this company. So incredibly annoyed over this entire situation.

Everything always comes late or not at all! Today was especially frustrating because now I am getting the slips of paper that tell me to pick my package up at the post office! I am an online student, and home all day. I also have the ring app which allows me to see people who come up to my door. I went through every single alert, and the mail carrier DID NOT walk up to my door and attempt to deliver it. I expressed my annoyance to the lady working there, and she just shrugged her shoulders and continued her conversation with the other lady working at the counter. Super disappointed.

If I could give this website less than 1 star I would. I ordered a $45.99 dress from here a month ago, and it never came. I emailed customer service, and they told me they don't sell the dress anymore so I wasn't going to get it. I asked for my money back, and they said I could use a $33 coupon code on a different item. I agreed because it's better than nothing. I went to order a different dress that was $24.99 and shipping was $4.99. So it was definitely in within the $33 code. Then I noticed I had to put my card info in because the coupon code didn't pay for shipping. I am beyond frustrated at this point because I am losing more money, and not getting the dress I originally wanted. I would not recommend this website to anyone. If I had forgotten about the dress I would have given them $45.99 for nothing!
