Don't buy from them this device is a junk I lost my $200.00

Hi I purchased Power Star Power Saver on 04-06-11 and it was shipped to me on 04-09-11 I received this product on 04-12-11. At the time when I bought this product person named Imran Bhatti told me I have full 60 days money back guarantee on this product no questioned asked and that's what they are advertising on their web site as well in their policy. After using more than a month this device did not do anything lower my electric bill. I called them to return this and asked them provide me the address where I can return this product and they asked me do I have guarantee card I said I did not receive any guarantee card with my purchase all I receive product and brochure and they said they can not give my money back. They did not put any guarantee card in the box. I even kept the original box which I received by us mail with all the tags and stamped invoice original box of the product there was nothing in the box in the name of Guarantee card. It is not even 60 days but they are not honoring what they promised. I paid this via COD. Thanks.
