Hi i was invoiced a few months ago regarding the renewal of my domain name which i had paid on the 28th of December 2011 and the money was taken from my account on the 29th of December but today received an e-mail from Nominet telling me that it has not been renewed and had expired so they took my money and did nothing. After i paid for the renewal i also paid for another domain which they failed to purchase after they took my money. Nobody replies to my e-mails their live chat facility is so busy i never get to correspond with anyone and spent 23 minutes on the phone today listening to how important my call was but never got to speak to anyone i can't believe a company is allowed to operate like this still taking peoples money with no intention of providing a service Don't touch this company they used to be good but now they might as well be a scam site
