I watched about one minute of their website video and knew these were the people I wanted to do my data recovery. I wasn't wrong, the whole process was very easy from start to finish. A few simple questionnaires later and I shipped my drive off. They were able to get all the data I needed from my drive and the whole process took less than a week and a half. Their staff let me know what was going on with every step of their process, so I wasn't left in the dark. This is a great company and I highly recommend them.
