Apparently, my sofa is being held hostage in the warehouse. For two weeks I have been trying to arrange delivery of my furniture. Every time I call customer service, I am transferred a million times. And then only to be told that the exact location of my sofa isn't known, and "leadership" will take a look at the order and call me back within 48 hours. Noone have ever called me back. R
Right now I am on hold (35 minutes and counting), waiting for the rep to make some mysterious call to somewhere. If that turns up no answers, then she will call me back within 48 hours. I am so frustrated with this company. This will be my last order with them.
