First, will excuse me for any mistakes i wrote, i'm Dutch speaking...
After ordering an article and it didn't arrive i contacted the helpdesk, a few mails later, and because my package was not arrived and the article was out of stock, i get a mail to tell me that a refund would happen on my Paypal account.
A day later the refund was done!
Especially the friendly tone in the mails was great for me as i am Dutch speaking.
So i would to thank Alis for the super service!
