“Frustrated leaving a review”

The site does not allow you to submit a review despite claims to the otherwise. Each time I try to submit a review the site does not do anything. Either something is wrong with the site or I have not followed one of it's myriad of rules.

“Good product, terrible e-commerce site”

The checkout process is cumbersome and buggy. In my most recent (and last) purchase the site would not accept my credit card and kept selecting the PayPal option. I suggest buying hair gel from a site that is more user friendly.
