I am new to the Internet being in my late 70's. I only have one rental and my son told me about this website. Not only is it perfect for my needs but when I had trouble, I contacted their customer service on the phone and the nice girl walked me through the process. I was surprised to get such personal service from a website. Very refreshing!

I do not like products that make it appear that they are giving away something and in very very fine print - after you give the credit card, charge you if you do not cancel ahead of time. This is one of those product sites and there is no clear way to contact the company. I finally did get through and they cancelled my account.

I LOVE LOVE Amazon. The purchasing process is simple and I love the Prime service. There is no negatives!
