I am so upset that Cathy is no longer an employee. She was amazing and the reason I sent items to EBTH. Why would you let someone with her high caliber leave? Obviously no one considered her clients or EBTH clients when this decision was made. Please rethink your position and bring Cathy back with a raise! At this point I will have to reconsider what I will do in the future. Customer service is the key to success and you have lost your key! Feel free to contact me. Arlene Bisesi
