I WAS MISLEAD BY THE GOOD REVIEWS. I ordered some cocktail tables, white padded chairs and chiavari chairs from EventStable order # *******4007 and paid $9228 on September 08 2020. I decided to proceed with the order after Michelle in sales assured me that my order will arrive September 17th – This order was for a clients wedding on September 19th.

On September 11th I got am email confirming that my shipping will arrive on time. My order was delivered September 17th at which time only HALF of the order was delivered. When we opened the pallet, we found that the base of the cocktail tables were not assembled so we had to screw that in ourselves with a power drill. We also found some damages on the legs of the gold chiavari chairs. BE WARNED the color of the gold chiavari chairs actual look different from the color shown on the website.

Feeling scared about the rest of my order I called Eventstable and told them what had happened. After phone calls they were able to locate the other half (that was shipped using another shipping company) however THEY COULDN'Y DELIVER UNTIL Monday September 21 WHICH WILL BE AFTER THE WEDDING. No apologies, no sense of urgency, nothing. They were very nonchalant that only half was being delivered and informed me that I should call the delivery company. I called the delivery company and told them about the wedding and the importance of having my order that day. After many going back and forth I knew we had to go to the shipping depot in Illinois which was outside our state to pick them up because we only had 24hrs before the wedding. At the depot we discovered several of the legs of the mahagony chairs were poking out of the pallet and were all damaged bent and twisted. This was so frustrating because we had to open up the pallet and check every single of the chairs. Two out of the four pallets had damaged chairs. On September. 23,2020 I reached out to eventstable and the shipping company and sent them phone images of the damages and proof from the shipping company. Michelle and Raven in sales told me to file a claim and I did and got a confirmation email from *******@atlaschairs.com auto reply states I should hear back in 72 hours. Today is October 5,2020 (13days later) no one has contacted me NOT MICHELLE, NOT RAVEN NOT THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

I'm beyond disappointed with Eventstable. They have all these wonderful reviews but they are people like me out there with very HORRIBLE experiences and I have to be their voice. The customer service and images, as you can see is deplorable. This company needs to take accountability for their lack of communication, inconveniences, and poor quality instead of blaming the shipping company.

I wish I can share the images with you but this format will not allow me to do so. I will contact my credit card company tomorrow for a refund.
