I was overcharged and contact them four times through their message center. All four agents replied but didn't answer my questions directly. They avoided to tell the customer the truth about the transaction and tried to cover up their mistakes. I was furious the last time I used the online chat with Agent Macey. She said I needed to address the overcharge problem on the day I purchase the products, not now. And she did the math so poorly. In the end she shut down the chat window without solving the problem! So rude and dishonest! Never buy anything from it. There are better websites out there.
