My hard drives circuit board failed and I was able to call this company, talk to a real person not a voice prompt, they helped me locate a compatible donor PCB and my hard drive was fixed when I replaced the board. Their prices are excellent, customer service is wonderful to speak with, and they even offer free hard drive diagnostics if you cannot fix your hard drive yourself. This company is great and I would recommend them to anyone in need of hard drive repair!
