I ordered an item it came broken. I called theparagon.com and emailed them and no response. All wanted was my item replaced but being ignored for 3 weeks. The customer service rep mentioned they do not handle complaint emails. Finally on hold for 30 plus minutes to get an angry customer service agent by the name Angel attacking me and yelling at me, because I did not know my account number all I had was the purchase order number and that was not good enough for her. Angel the customer service rep did care about my complaint about me receiving my item broken. I received a broken item that she simply needed to replace without no angriness and out of control yelling and attacking. To be honest the product is fraud and bad quality and horrible customer service. I hope their calls are being recorded and they can pull this call and see they have a bad customer service. I will never order from this company again.

Ordered product on the 7th of October and still haven't received it. Paid for it to come Express....
