I have made several appointments with a Primary Care physician. Completed all the paperwork online. Sent a copy of my ins. Card. Did the whole early check-in thing.
My appointments were canceled because the doctor was not available for times SHOWN available on ZocDoc, rescheduled because the times SHOWN available on ZocDoc were not available, or I would show up and the office had NO RECORD of my appointment!
I thought it was me or the doctor office. After doing a little Googling... the problem is with Zoc Doc.
I now call the doctor office directly to schedule appointments. NO problem ever!
ZocDoc - PLEASE do not bother to post one of your scripted BS replies!
We are terribly sorry to hear that you have not had great experiences using our service thus far. It is disappointing to hear about issues that you have detailed. We would like to learn more about these appointments in order to correct these issues moving forward. Has this been happening with just one office? Our medical professionals actually post the times and dates listed as available or our software reads the open availability within their calendar. Either way, we would like to lean more about what is going on to prevent issues like this from happening in the future.
