Their customer service is just nothing and disgusting to be specific. They never delivered to my package, only tried it 1x, and said that one one could take the delivery when the reception was opened who takes the deliveries for everyone! Plus on the app it showed that they did deliver and was signed for, then on the other page it said it wasn't, so messed up and confusing! Then by the time the reception confirmed they don't have it for sure and I contacted them they sent my package back to the sender and they wanted me to pay a $25 re-shipping fee for their own fault of non delivery. They didn't try to deliver any other times or send email or message on thr app before sending back. However, they said to the sender that they tried 2x, then few days later they told them they tried 3x actually, clearly a lie! Nothing shows on the app or online from this, only at once! Unbelievable and disgusting customer service, and forcing me to pay for a high amount of money to deliver again and lying about is unbelievable, and they couldn't admit and organize it with the sender company either...
NEVER USE THEM IF THERE IS ANY WAY!
Wasting so much of my time with dealing with this whole issue just to get it not even sorted, because they just unable to solve anything!
