I was logged in and shopping at costco.com and wanted to check out their jackets in menswear, but, to get the price on the jacket, they wanted me to key in the membership number IN ADDITION to the log-in and password. WHY? It's a double log-in system that is just garbage, and for what? To get a price because I wanted to SHOP on their site and possibly SPEND money? You know what the effect was? I abandoned my cart with the items I already had in there. What kind of harebrained, way-to-turn-you-off shopping system is that? Which marketing genius thought that was a good idea for costco members?
