I ordered a dress for my vow renewal ceremony. I had my heart set on this beautiful dress. First off customer service is absolutely horrible! I received my dress, and it does NOT look like the dress in the pic. I am so upset! I have only 3 weeks to either pay over $200 to have the dress tailored to fit properly, and the sleeves fixed. OH AND I ORDERED A SIZE BIGGER JUST IN CASE, AND ITS TO TIGHT, AND... I EVEN LOST 4LBS! The WORSE part is i will be paying the seamstress more than what I payed for the dress!. When I emailed them on how we could resolve this, they suggested me bringing it to a local store WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?! THEY SHOULD GET CLOSED DOWN. I think all the good reviews are people they know. The other negative reviews are exactly on point! I WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE HAND!
Tip for consumers:
Please don't take a chance with this company. You may not have enough time to find another dress. I learned a hard lesson, and you definitely will not be getting your money back .Look below at the sleeves in my dress, and the sleeves in the dress of the model.
