Customer service nightmare! I bought a bed which was delivered to my movers. Finally got the bed to the house and the headboard does not fit with the slats. Now has been 7 days and 10 emails and dot & bo customer services still "wants to investigate". Needs more pictures to ensure my movers did not assembled correctly. REALLY? See picture below! Yes, you send me the wrong piece! How much more investigating do you need?
