I made the mistake of placing a couple of orders recently via sallybeauty.com. At the time, I qualified for free 2 day shipping. Orders were placed on a Tuesday. Three separate for different reasons, the first two did not even ship until late Friday. I won't receive them until Monday. Nothing on their website says that orders are subject to processing time, in addition to the shipping time. In addition, my last order didn't even process or show that it was going to ship until late Friday night. It now says that my order will not arrive until Thursday, more than a week will have passed since I placed the order. I placed all with in 20 minutes of each other, so it was not like I placed the first in the morning and the last late at night. Unfortunately, my local store did not have some of the products I needed in stock, which is why I had to resort to the online option. I won't purchase from them online, again.
