I bought a premium Franklin swivel recliner, it was delivered 11-13-20, I used it 23 days and the frame broke. I contacted them for a resolution and was informed they would not replace it because their policy is 7 days for a replacement They said they could warranty repair it, but it could take 8 to 10 weeks to get parts. UNACCEPTABLE!
After 5 days of delaying tactics, I was informed they could have a technician out to take a look at it next Saturday, a week from today, and of course, they used the great excuse Covid 19. I wonder how long this will take-----
