Note, I RARELY ever put reviews online so for me to post this, it should be taken as a serious warning for people to stay the hell away from AS Templates and their f*ing unprofessional, unresponsive and incompetent staff!
They will take your money but will COMPLETELY IGNORE ALL CORRESPONDENCE including emails and phone calls! If you dare push them to answer questions about a product you PAID FOR they will simply engage in corporate violence and just DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT, clearly evidencing they do not give a damn about their customers!

The facts based on my own first-hand personal experience!
In mid/late June 2020, I bought a template that I later found out is out of date. Thus, they are selling outdated software but charging 'new' prices!
Several times I tried to install their template (following THEIR instructions); I got errors several times (404 errors, data base errors, among others).
From the start I experienced frustration with installation.
I asked AS staff for assistance. All they did was point me to their online 'installation help page', which I had already tried. IOW they do not actually 'help' you, they just toss you a link 'please read our installation guide', (as if you can't read a simple web page). They do not actually engage and "help" you.
It was ONLY the help of my domain hosts who kindly and generously offered to install if for me. We got it sorted in under an hour (my hosts made adjustments in their system to accommodate the bugs in AS Templates' outdated software)! AS Template staff DID NOTHING to help! Shows how much they care about their products and customer's needs.
After some days I tried to log in to the AS site to ask for assistance. The login did not work.
I tried REPEATEDLY to do a password reset, yet their system REPEATEDLY FAILED to send a new password to my original email account.
Now frustrated (and VERY busy with deadlines a new project) I created a new temporary account to ask them to fix my original account. They COMPLETELY IGNORED ME.
After WEEKS of asking they have REPEATEDLY failed to fix their system so I can log in with my original account. AS Templates staff just completely ignore you!
If you are lucky, you MIGHT get onto an actual human in there that ACTUALLY cares about their customers, who will simply send you a new password, instead of FIXING THEIR SYSTEM LIKE I REPEATEDLY ASKED THEM TOO so I can log in with my original account.
This is not what I friggin asked them for, and they did not FIX THEIR SYSTEM! They just ignore you. After logging in with the temporary account and the 'new password', I asked then AGAIN to fix my original account. They have deliberately not done so, for WEEKS!
A month later now (as I type), I STILL can't get in with my original account!
This is also now an actual LEGAL PROBLEM for them. In the event I have corruption in my local files and need to download the template again, they are now denying me access to a PRODUCT I HAVE PAID FOR! THAT IS A VIOLATION OF MY LEGAL AND EQUITABLE RIGHTS!
These people think they are above the law. (FYI, you RIGHTS are enforceable in the courts! Non-responsive corporate predators like AS Templates, among others, will NOT be able to ignore a Court Order as that is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE!
If I choose to pursue this, it will cost them THOUSANDS of dollars and tie them up for weeks WITH LEGAL PAPERWORK. Way more costly in both time and money than simply doing their damn job and ANSWER THEIR F*KING EMAILS AND FIXING THEIR F*KING SYSTEM!
This would all go away if they simply answered questions from people paying their wages and generating their profits, their customers.
AS Templates staff thus seem to not care about your rights! I'm speaking to my solicitor about this. I charge $300/hour for my time consulting; he charges a lot more, but he is very good!
I just recently tried to use my temporary account. That too did not work! I tried a password reset on that and that ALSO FAILED, with a message stating "User name or email does not exist".
WTF!
They have now arbitrarily DELETED MY ACCOUNT, with ZERO reason, explanation, discussion, communication or anything. Read that again. They will simply ostracize you rather than actually do their job that you their customers are paying them for!
This is yet another example of capitalist violence, take your money and toss you to the curb when you ask for help on a product you PAID FOR!
As a side note, this actually evidences psychopathic conduct. If you have experienced this sort of psychological violence, whether from AS Template staff or elsewhere, it is totally not your problem. Pathological conduct like this is absolutely the other person's problem! Victim blaming is not acceptable behaviour. It is their problem not yours. People, including corporate staff, using any sort of aberrant violence on you (including the 'silent treatment', or 'shunning', or ostracization, or other forms of psychological violence, is absolutely their problem!
At this point I was getting rather angry, so I found their head office phone number and tried calling, several times. They REPEATEDLY did not answer their phone, it simply went to voice mail. I did not leave messages.
I rang again, and again, and again and f*ing again to hopefully have some, sane, responsible competent human there to answer the phone and FIX THEIR SYSTEM AND FIX MY ACCOUNT. No answer!
I waited a while, rang again and now it simply goes straight to voice mail, no ringing at all! Thus there ARE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE but they will consciously, knowingly, deliberately, intentionally, wilfully and repeatedly completely ignore their customers, evidencing they don't give a s*it about you as a customer. They treat you with contempt and disrespect and you are irrelevant to them (except for your money of course; they'll certainly take that).
At this point I was VERY angry at these f*kwits. I rang again and left several angry voice messages - "fix your f*ing system", "fix my f*ing account like I have asked REPEATEDLY" (leaving my email address), "answer your f*ing phone calls", "why are you ignoring my many emails I have sent over, and over and f*ing over!", and similar. Valid, righteous, justified ANGER at these irresponsible, unhelpful, selfish, predatory, lazy, incompetent $#*!wits spanning WEEKS! WEEKS!
All you will get is the silent treatment (a form of psychological violence typically used by psychopaths and sociopaths; see above), all evidencing they may even be compromised sell out humans.
Perhaps they are infected with "Stockholm syndrome".

Summary.
AS Template staff will take your money (for outdated software), ignore your questions, ignore simple instructions, repeatedly not answer correspondence, repeatedly ignore phone calls, repeatedly not fix their system, then after you repeatedly try to assert your RIGHTS, these incompetent, unresponsive losers will simple arbitrarily delete your account with zero notice, reason, or discussion because you are trying to get assistance for a product you PAID FOR! They will just throw you away, now they have their money.

NEVER in this life have I has such f*ked up $#*! customer service! Never! In short, predatory, greedy, capitalist violence at it's best.

If you value your peace and calm, stay FAR away from AS Templates staff! I will NEVER deal with them again in this life! Being a person of conscience, I will also be actively telling other people that AS Templates are ripping people off, don't give a $#*! about their customers, and they are to be avoided at all costs!
