The business model is shady. "Free shipping and returns!" NOT TRUE. You pay $5.95 for each item you return - they call it a "restocking fee." They also don't accept panties as a return. They will not give you your money back if you send them the panties back and they will not give you your panties back. You guessed it: store credit.

Anyone with boobs knows that bras need to be tried on and the chance of return is high. Dishonest of them to say free returns when they charge $5.95.

The product itself is not high quality - itchy scratchy lace, stiff elastic, loose threads.

If you love a business model that charges your credit card every month automatically so that you have to request a refund, this might be a good company for you. I think it's smart to be weary of any company that operates this way - it's a bit of a red flag that they can't keep return customers when they set it up this way.

Also always be weary of companies that don't make it easy to unsubscribe to their constant SPAM of emails.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order anything you might need to return

It is true that our policy is to offer store credit for partial returns as we do state in our Terms and Conditions that we cannot accept back partial sets, however, we would be happy to make a one-time courtesy exception should you not accept this store credit.
