A lot of the writers on Studybay do not deliver quality work. Asking for revisions on a paper is also a problem, The writer will agree to making revisions only to submit the exact same paper hours later with nothing done. I had a terrible experience with a writer named JoyceNgatha15 and Studybay wouldn't issue me a refund despite all the proof I provided. In total I requested 7 revisions from JoyceNgatha15 mostly saying the same thing over and over and over again. JoyceNgatha15 made up quotes, that I had to go back and change. The writer couldn't write a proper thesis despite sending a thesis guide to the writer. A lot of the sentences did not make sense which I also had to go back and change myself. The writer also took several hours revising the paper just for the paper to be worse than the last time it was revised, that in itself made me receive a 20% reduction from the overall mark of the paper because of how many days went by each time I had to request revisions. Above all I had to find statistics, find credible sources, write the thesis and fix the paper myself.

This is my first time using this writing service, and my very first impression is that EduBirdie is very over priced. I paid $300 dollars for a 6 page paper. Other than the price, the writer was nice, worked very fast, made all the corrections despite a very tight 2 day deadline and good customer service. I can't rate the site a 5/5 stars because one the price is too much for a broke undergrad student and two I haven't received a mark for the paper yet.
Update: I received a 60/100 which is unbelievably low since I paid almost $300 dollars. Won't be retuning.
