I placed my order, of course debit card was charged immediately!, 2 weeks later no order. I called and was told they had a lot of orders in Jan and they didnt know when it would be shipped. I told them to cancel my order, they said they did. I made the mistake and didnt request an email confirming order cancelation). That day I received an email stating my order was shipped, yet their site had a request was made to UPS for pick up. Amazing how quickly they caught up their orders! Fortunately I had already filed a dispute with my bank, they told me to refuse the package and they would handle it. Also, when I filed the dispute with the bank they told me Adore me had that transaction listed as reoccuring. Yet Adore me had it listed as VIP inactive. An Adore me rep said the bank was wrong! REALLY! (and none of my conversations with the company had been documented. How convenient!)

We truly understand how important it is for you to not only receive quality products and services but to also receive your order in a timely manner.

We deeply regret the bad experience this has caused you. We recently had a huge volume of incoming orders that we did not anticipate and that has caused some mix-up and delay with some of the packages. We have since then sent a second team to the warehouse to reduce the processing time to normal and to ensure that this kind of delay will never happen again.

Furthermore, to address your concerns, we could see that you refused the package delivery and it is being returned to our warehouse already. Because we don’t want to cause more hassle in this situation, we have already refunded the full amount paid.

Also, please be advised that you are listed in our system as a Pay As You Go customer and were never enrolled in the VIP monthly subscription system. Therefore, there is no need for you to worry about any kind of monthly charges. The information you were provided with from the bank is a status for our company, as we do communicate the fact that a VIP monthly subscription option exists, but it is never enforced to any of our customers, and it only applies if they desire to enroll.

We apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding caused and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
