On my third visit, the receptionist took my name and told ne to have a seat. What she didn't tell me was that the stylist/owner was about a hour behind. She never offered that info, I had to sit there waiting. She never offered me a coffee or a water. Mind you a haircut is over $75, without tip. I finally left, I can get a mediocre cut in town for alot less that that.
I really thought they would call me to apologize or explain, I'm still waiting.
I appreciate everyone's reviews before I gave my cc info. Seemed too good to be true. Too bad
