Told me it was been reviewed by manager. What's to review?. You sent me a dead unit!. I need a exchange or money back. Then proceed to tell me I can pay for shipping back if I want faster service!. The ##$%^!. Wasnt like this 10 years ago, their service on exchange policy is downright horrible!
