Originally seemed legit. The project began on July 5,2021. First day he showed up at 11:00 a.m. worked until 34:00 p.m. Did a good job with the demo. After that he would show up around 12 noon, work a couple hours, then leave. After a few days I could tell that he was doing another job before ours, and showed up whenever, and left after a couple hours. He gutted the entire room to the studs, so one would think all the walls, corners would be perfect, see below.the After five weeks he said doesn't this bathroom look beautiful, please leave a review. I said look at all the imperfections ( which I would address daily). He always seemed rushed like he had another job to get to. Below are the pictures from the finished job, but he excuse was I never sent him a list. We discussed them daily. I called him to tell him that the toilet was not working, and overflowing (after two days of install). Tom told me that it was the toilet, and I needed to buy a different one. The toilet was new, and the old one worked before. This call was on a Thursday, he said the best he could do was the following Tuesday to look at it. I called another plumber, and the pipe in the photos below is what he found. This tells me that Tom, and his crew threw things down the drain, then installed the toilet. The sink stop flowing water because he turned a one sink to a double sink, and only used the existing plumbing. He did not grout under the new vanity. The floor tiles are uneven, and have never been sealed. The job was never completed, and we paid him in full (our mistake trusting him). The pictures below is what $11,550.00 got use. I am sorry to have to post a bad review, but I did think the job would have ended better. In addition, I had to pay the new plumber an additional $2500. 00 to repair the toilet, and sink repair, plus the tub had the same drain issues. I have also hired a new contract to fix, and complete the bathroom remodel. Tom left tools, and trash in my garage for the past four weeks. I have sent him text messages to please come remove them from the garage, with no response. He was definitely in over his head with this project.
