I have been trying to return an item for a refund, which I am clearly entitled to based on their refund policy, but they keep on trying to get me to keep the product and take a coupon towards another purchase. I just want the return form and I want my money back. I will never buy from an online site again, unless it's Macy, Dillards or JC Penny's. Stay away from buying from this site. I should have read the reviews before ordering!

Firstly, I am afraid that you get some misunderstanding with us. Please be noted both the Dress and the Wrap you ordered are "Made-To-Order" products. It means that we did not have these products in stock. After you placed this order, we would contact our tailors to make a NEW dress and a NEW wrap for you.
We clearly state on the product page that both products are "Made-To-Order". You may refer to following link for reference:

We also state the "Tailoring Time" for each product on the product page. The tailoring time for your order is 4-6 business days, equals to 6-10 calendar days. So your order is not delayed in processing phase when it was placed on 2018-04-30 and supposed to be shipped on today (May 10th).
I feel sorry to hear that you won't keep this order. Based on our policy, usually we are unable to provide you full refund for cancellation since it contains "Made-To-Order" products. The reasoning behind this policy is that materials and labor used to make the products cannot be reused once the tailoring process begins.
