ThinkBiz solutions contacted me numerous times advertising their services for SEO and web design. Finally after much time passed, I hired them on to design my site. I did not want one of their templates so I purchased a Wordpress theme for them to build off of. I sent half down as they requested for payment to begin the site. After several attempts, emailing this company they would not respond after receiving funds. I was not even given a link to view progress, initially. I waited 10 days to hear from them and finally submitted a request for refund via Paypal. As soon as I submitted this, I heard from ThinkBiz Solutions stating they would hurry and get my site designed, sent login information and link. I submitted what was needed, video background, name changes for the pages, you name it, nothing was done!

Finally I requested if this company would do a simple install of the Wordpress theme to my hosting account. Days proceeded, I would reach out to them daily for price quote of install and they would not respond. Finally they responded and said they will charge me $100 to install a wordpress theme. By this time they did upload the video background. That is all.

They sent a couple of logos over for review and they were something a child would draw up and they took Google images for the logo. I ended up designing the logo myself, logged in and uploaded logo. I even changed the name on the pages myself due to they had not. 18 days passed after emailing them daily to please do a simple install of the wordpress theme, to let me know when to send over my login information to my hosting account and I would receive no communications back. I am thankful I did not send the $100 for install. I initially told them I would pay half down for the install and pay the other half when completed.

Beware of this company. Research their name on Google and you will find many others who have had issues and they are based out of India so many did not get their money refunded to them. I have never left a negative feedback on any company, but this experience has been incredibly awful! They will solicit you with emails stating they will do an 'incredible job' and once they receive your funds, they ignore you! I am in the process with Paypal to recover my funds via a claim filed against this company.
